How long does it take to ship something?
A: Processing takes one to two business days, and shipping usually takes five to eight business days, but it depends on where you live.

How can I find out where my order is?
A: You'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to check on your package once it ships.
Returns and money back

A: Once the item is inspected and approved, refunds are sent out within 5–7 working days.
