Returns and refunds policy
You have the right to rescind your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

You have 30 days to cancel an order from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right to cancellation, you must provide us with a concise statement indicating your decision.

We will reimburse you within 30 days of the return of the products. We will utilize the same payment method that you employed to place the order, and you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, the products must meet the following criteria:

The merchandise was acquired within the previous thirty days.

The merchandise is still in its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

The provision of goods that are either obviously personalized or manufactured to your specifications.

The provision of products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as those that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.

The provision of products that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

The provision of products that are inextricably mixed with other items as a result of their nature after delivery.

We are not liable for any damage or loss of products that occur during the return shipment. Consequently, we suggest that you utilize a mail service that is both trackable and insured. We are unable to process a refund in the absence of actual receipt of the products or evidence of return delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item or received an incorrect item, please email us at info@aquaref.shop so that we may assess the situation and rectify it.

Gifts: If the products were marked as a gift during the purchase process and were subsequently shipped directly to you, you will be issued a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon the receipt of the returned product.

We will issue a refund to the gift giver if the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery to you.
