Our objective at Aquaref.shop is to guarantee that your orders are delivered in perfect condition and on time. For comprehensive information, please refer to the following shipping policy:

Shipping PROCESSING TIME

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not rendered on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may experience a minor delay of a few days in the event of a high volume of orders. We respectfully ask that you allocate additional time for delivery. We will promptly notify you via email or telephone if there are any substantial delays in the shipment of your order.

AquarefShop

Ships to the United States. Standard Shipping is free of charge on orders over $50 (5–8 business days).

We employ reputable transportation services, including UPS, DHL, and USPS, to deliver your orders.

The order cut-off time is 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

Regrettably, we are unable to provide shipping services to certain regions, including:

American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

The shipping charges for your order will be computed and displayed during the checkout process. We provide complimentary shipping for orders exceeding $50 within the United States.

We do not provide shipping services to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Delivery delays may occasionally transpire. When placing an order, please verify your billing and shipping addresses, as we are unable to reroute deliveries.

ORDER TRACKING AND SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

Your tracking number(s) will be included in the shipment confirmation email that you will receive upon the shipment of your order. The monitoring number will be operational within 24 hours.

Injuries
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item. This will enable us to assess the situation and rectify it.
Filtergood.shop is not responsible for any products that are damaged or missing during shipping. Do not hesitate to contact the shipment carrier to submit a claim if you have received your order damaged or lost. Before submitting a claim, please retain all packaging materials and damaged items.


Exchanges

We exclusively replace products that are either defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please send an email to info@aquaref.shop

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You are entitled to a complete refund, which includes shipping and handling, provided that the order is terminated prior to shipment. Once the shipment is in transit with the carrier, we are unable to process claims, refunds, or additional requests. If you make an error or change your mind after completing the checkout process, you have 30 minutes to rescind the order.

Change of Address

Once the item is in transit, it is impossible to modify the delivery address. Please get in touch with us at info@aquaref.shop within 30 minutes of submitting your order if you need to change the location of delivery.
